Best Mexican food... IF you like Mexican salsa that tastes like Italian Marinara sauce. Everything is drenched in cheese to cover the fact that the underlying ingredients have no flavor. Despite being told that the owners are Mexican, this restaurant's watered-down recipes don't do their heritage justice. To me, it's obvious pandering to a Midwest demographic unfamiliar with high quality Mexican or Tex-Mex food.
