I was sorely disappointed at my last experience with Bartz. And it will be my last. The store was very dirty and the selection was spotty at best. They did have solid color party supplies, but beyond that, there was not much. There was one choice for 1st birthday party supplies and about 4 choices for bridal shower supplies. Your best bet is to go there looking for Wilton cake-making supplies. They seemed to have plenty of those. Other than that, the prices were high, the store is dimly lit (maybe so you can't see the prices) and about 1/4 of the shelves were just completely missing merchandise. On a brighter note, the staff was relatively friendly... maybe they should consider applying at Factory Card Outlet, which is where I'll be going from now on.
