At my first appointment I was introduced to his picture!! At no time did I ever meet the guy. Not before or after the procedure or even at the follow up appointment after the procedure. I thought that was disturbing enough but then their billing procedures are so awful that my insurance has declined payment twice, and Ive had no problem with other doctors offices. Im still waiting to see if they can straighten it out. I would not recommend this guy to a dog.
