Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. We went out there to make a donation and they were closed, but people were inside, and they let us in anyway. We were able to play with the kitties and learn a little more about the organization.
The cats are kept in clean cages and are clearly well taken care of. It helps that there is a vet right next door that helps with medical problems/spays/neuters.
They only have cats on site, though, dogs are all fostered out.
