Though they have a large amount of jewelry for sale, I have used them primarily for jewelry repair. Though the cost to resize my watch was a little more than expected, they did a great job handling it and there were no scratches on the exterior when they were done. They offer very prompt, quick service and have been able to just walk in and get a watch battery changed. They are very friendly and very quick to help without seeming pushy.
