When we bought my husband's car, the dealership made arrangements for us to get a low percentage loan through Empire. We opened a bank account, which was required, with a $5 deposit. We have a few forms to fill out, and we were presented a few hours later with a very good deal on a low percentage loan. Over the few years we had that loan, we never had any problems with them, they sent us a quarterly statement with our payments and balance. When we finally paid off the loan, all we had to do was call the bank, they gave us the pay off amount and we mailed a check. All the loan satisfaction paperwork and title paperwork was mailed to us within a few days. Nice to do business with a professional company.
