I recently needed to pick up some stamp collecting supplies, and called Willard on the outside chance they also handled stamp supplies. The very courteous woman on the phone informed me they did, and they also had the supplies I needed in stock. There is plenty of parking in the lot. The store is well laid out; you can see everything from the front of the store. There are chairs for customers to sit in while they examine their potential purchases. My supplies were clearly marked and easy to find. I also found one of US State Quarters collection maps I had been looking for but had found only as a very expensive item. This one was reasonably priced and I purchased it for the collection of state quarters I had been putting together. The staff is knowledgeable and my purchase was quickly handled. They were friendly and courteous. I will be going back there for any more supplies I may need for stamps or coins. A nice store and very pleasant staff.
