"Before I signed up for the first boot camp class offered through Hermosa Beach Community Center, the last time I had tried to run a mile was in high school, and none too successfully (I typically walked versus run.) Now, after turning 30, and after four months of boot camp with superSTAR FITNESS, not only can I run a mile - or even six miles - I just participated and successfully completed my first triathlon! "superSTAR FITNESS Boot Camp was the best workout experience I have ever had. I have been actively working out for 30 years since I was 18 years old and I've never had a better workout.
I felt pushed but not overwhelmed and wanted to return to every session for I felt so GREAT after it was over. I have tried personal trainers and done lots of classes but this was the absolute best class ever. I was challenged every day and there was constant variety to the activities. We even played games. I was also outside looking at the beach.
I can't wait to do the class again!!!

Two years ago I was frustrated with fad diets and discouraged by unused gym memberships and then I happened upon superSTAR Fitness.
Alec Hunter and his boot camp style training have completely changed my Fitness and Nutritional levels by providing me results.
Results I never imagined I could accomplish.
I have lost 35 Lbs and 5 inches in my waist, my body fat percentage has dropped 12 percentage points, and in October I completed my first Sprint Triathlon.
The training sessions are well planed, creative, challenging and very motivating. Alec Hunter has a true passion for fitness and
nutrition and it resonates through his classes. The tremendous energy and motivation that is created with every session puts me in
a very positive mind set to tackle the challenges of the day and most importantly drives me to return to every session possible.
Alec and my fellow boot campers have become my fitness family and their continued support has been an invaluable ingredient of my success.

I am new to the game and was in a rush to get insurance & have my car registered so I could drive far far away that same day to sign some really important papers. I went to Olson & DiNunzio Insurance Agency Inc. really early in the morning and within minutes they came to help me. I explained to her that I needed insurance ASAP & she made it happen! Even they were suppose to be in the process of helping another person with a claim. They helped me get a low rate on 1st timer insurance, lower than i was quoted from a widely advertised firm. She explained the options to me well & it was done quickly. Great experience all around.

Her husband was just prescribed some very expensive medication and the pharmacy had told them that the health insurance would not cover it. They reviewed their coverage and made several calls to resolve the issue. In the end the client received their medication. I doubt they would have if not for a dedicated agent in the Advanced Planning Concepts.

During their discount sales, you can get a quality year-round weight suit for less than half of what you would pay at a brand name tailor. Includes nice custom touches you may request, e.g. watch pocket, jacket sleeve buttons that unbutton, cuff guards, etc. And of course you can specify things like one vent or two, flat front trousers or pleated, etc. They have nice bespoke shirts too in all styles (spread collar, button down, etc). Men of New York, look your best. I got a number of suits and shirts made by them last year, and have been very satisfied.

When you have a claim, this agency makes it as easy for the client as possible. They offer all types of insurance, including auto, home, and life. They have very reasonable rates and incentives for insuring in more than one area. They let you know about ways to cut your insurance costs, such as driving classes for safe driving. When I had an accident, they even dropped off my claim check at my work place so I wasn't inconvenienced.
