You can only complain about this place if you have "no clue" to the world of moving, equipment rental, and price. They are conveninent, you get what you pay for, they are straight forward in pricing. so if you are complaining it is because you must not be accustom to doing your own work. Very easy to rent, return, and pay!! The only place to go!!
