La Madeleine's is a nice place to have a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pastries are better than the actual dishes that are served, but even the regular dishes are not too shabby. The atmosphere is very quaint and pretty. I think for what you pay, the food is fine. I've tasted authentic french food (in Paris) and while this doesn't even come close, its certainly better than most of the other chain restaurants like TGI Fridays and BlackEye Pea. \r
