Cliffbreakers' Restaurant is very elegant and has a very beautiful view of the Rock River. However, their food is not up to the same standards as the elegance of the Restaurant would suggest. The food at Cliffbreakers, is just a little above average at best, with the price tag way above the quality of the food. If you are looking for a classy atmosphere this is the place for a Romantic dinner, despite the quality of the food.

This is a great place we use for bulk mailing our brochures. It is a full service mail room that can stuff, fold and postage meter almost anything. They can also collate, bind, and punch documents. Their turnaround time is very fast seeing that we need our materials out quickly.

This place seems to be THE place to go for breakfast on the weekends in Rockford. I must say, I can see why.
Although the place is usually crowded, when I have gone we have never had to wait long for a table. The food is quite excellent and the portions generous. I tend to stick with the more traditional breakfast foods. I get the ham and eggs and it's delicious.
My friend Tim is more daring and will try some of the breakfast fish dishes. For me, fish is not meant to be something eaten for breakfast, especially when it is breaded so heavily, but he says it's really good and I trust his opinion.
The tables are a little old and I don't recall booths being abundant. Still, the place is large and the service is friendly and good. The food is worth it and the price is very reasonable.
If you are in Rockford and it's morning and you want some good breakfast food, or maybe you are daring enough to try some traditional Scandanavian dishes, then this is the place to visit.

I stayed at the Sweden House when I was in Rockford for a wedding several years ago. The entire place really does have a wooden, mountain lodge feel to it. The rooms were not to small and very comfortable.
I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Rockford over the years. Usually, because I am only there a night at the most, I go for whatever is cheapest. If you need to spend more time in Rockford, you couldn't do much better than Sweden House Lodge.
Comfortable beds, reasonable prices, nice rooms and a great-looking place. Good stuff.

Okay, if you're going to Vegas or Florida its worth it. Anywhere else and the prices seem to soar! Its a great airport for very specific trips, check their website for new destinations, they seem to add and subtract them monthly. HOwever, you're not having to drive into O'hare, you're just having to fly on Hooters Air.... Its free parking...no drive...and if your destination is Vegas or Florida you're set. Wish they'd add destinations or connections into Atlanta that were cost effective.
