We have SBC for our local, long distance, and DSL. Last week the phone stopped working so we called SBC to have it fixed. After three separate visits, the got the phone working but did something to the DSL. We haven't had DSL acccess now for 5 days and counting. Each time we've called SBC we either get caught up in automated voice response hell or we end up talking with a person in India who asks us to explain our situation from the beginning. Argh!!!!!!!

I went here looking for a discounted paint color. They have a pretty decet sized store, with lots of different products to choose from. The sales poeple here are really great too. When I went, they did not have the paint color I was looking for, but the sales person was so friendly and tried so hard to match the color with his paint mixing machine. Even though he wasn't able to match it exactly, I was very impressed at the great service I received here. I will definitely go back again in the future when I need to purchase other paints or supplies for my home.

DECIDED TO CALL THEM AS I REALLY NEEDED TO HAVE MY CARPETING AND FURNATURE CLEANED. I HAD SOME STAINS WHERE GUM WAS STUCK ON MY RUG AND THEY GOT IT RIGHT OUT FOR ME. THEY ALSO USED A PET ODOR REMOVER ON MY FURNATURE AND CARPETING AS I DO HAVE A SMALL DOG WHO LAYS EVERYWHERE. THE GUY WAS VERY PROMPT GETTING HERE AND WAS ON TIME,WAS FRIENDLY AND ASKED ME AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE HE CLEANED IF I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN THE PET ODOR REMOVER AND ALSO THE STAIN GUARD STUFF BEFORE HE SET TO WORK. I DECIDED TO PURCHASE BOTH AS THEY WERE NOT THAT MUCH EXTRA AND FIGURED SINCE HE'S CLEANING ANYWAY MIGHT AS WELL DO IT. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE QUOTE AND SET TO WORK. WAS VERY FAST & EFFICENT,NO SLOPPY JOB HERE. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THINGS DONE RIGHT.

THEY WERE GREAT AT HELPING ME MOVE. BROUGHT EXTRA BOXES AND PACKING SUPPLIES I NEEDED FOR LAST MINUTE ITEMS I NEEDED PACKED. THEY BROUGHT 3 MOVERS SO IT ALL WENT PRETTY FAST FROM POINT A TO POINT B. I ALSO HIRED THROUGH THEM A LADY TO MEET ME AT MY NEW HOME,SHE CLEANED MY HOUSE WHILE I WAS BUSY UNPACKING THINGS,WHICH WAS REAL STRESS RELIEVER FOR ME AND HELPED ME UNPACK AND PUT ITEMS AWAY IN THERE PROPER PLACES. I THOUGHT THAT WAS A REAL EXTRA BONUS,THAT THEY OFFERED. HER FEE WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE MOVING FEE,I HAD TO PAY HER SEPARATE,BUT TO ME IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. THEY ALSO OWN A STORAGE CENTER IF YOU EVER NEED TO STORE ITEMS.

I JUST CALLED THEM IN FACT THIS SPRING TO COME OUT AND GET RID OF A INFESTATION OF ANTS THAT HAVE BEEN COMING IN THROUGH THE BASE BOARD IN MY LIVING ROOM. THEY WERE QUICK TO COME OUT,AND WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THEM USING ANY SPRAY CHEMICALS,AS I HAVE HAVE PETS IN MY HOME. THEY WERE GREAT AND JUST SPRAYED THE SPOT WHERE THE ANTS WERE COMING IN AT,AND THE REST OF MY LIVING ROOM THEY JUST PUT DOWN ANT BAITS TO KILL OFF THE REST OF THEM THAT WANDERED AROUND. HIRED THEM TO CLEAN MY APARTMENT. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL. TO START WITH WHEN I GOT HOME AND CHECKED THERE CLEANING, I MOVED MY ITEMS AROUND LIKE MY CANDLES AND SUCH AND TO MY DISMAY,THERE WAS DUST RINGS EVERYWHERE. SO THEY JUST DUSTED AROUND EVERYTHING INSTEAD OF PICKING THE STUFF UP. THERE WAS ALSO STREAKS ON MY BATHROOM MIRROR AND THE GARBAGE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO THROW OUT FOR ME WAS STILL THERE WHERE I LEFT IT. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY THE MORE I LOOKED AROUND AS CORNERS OF MY ROOMS WERE NOT VACCUMED AND DUST WAS COLLECTED THERE. I HAD TO RE CLEAN MYSELF WHAT THEY MISSED. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I called them in the middle of the night when my toliet overflowed and water was running all over the floor. they offer 24 hour emergency service which was blessing in itself. they were very prompt and at my door within a half hours time. before they started to work on the toliet they gave me a estimate first,and then when i said okay...they went to work right on it. this company is great when you find yourself in a pinch and need help fast.

I purchased my son a complete bedroom set from them as well as living room furnature... i feel what i paid for the furnature was over priced as there stuff looks nice but is poor quality...it's junk..i did'nt even have the furnature 2 years and the dresser drawers on my son's furnature started falling off,as i did'nt notice at the time but everything was stapled & glued together,also the backing on his desk started to pop loose as that is just stapled on also...when i moved from my apartment,i ended up just throwing out his furnature as it was junk and not made well...do not recommend them at all....
