While I do like constructive criticism, I find it sad that some people hide behind the Internet to provide false information and use fake names or "guests". First Sandra F. is not her real name, it is Francis. Her original treatment plan called for 2 crowns and she after the decay was removed, her treatment was changed to one filling and one crown. This was a cost reduction of nearly $1,000 which she intentionally failed to inform you of. And she chose to pay upfront to take a 10% discount which is one of several financial options - again, which she intentionally failed to inform you of. Her insurance company was billed accurately for the procedures and she wrote the review stating that she has not been reimbursed on the very day she received a cashier's check for the full amount - and for which she intentionally did not inform you of. Because of Federal HIPPA patient confidentiality laws, she can make any accusation she chooses, however if she refuses to allow me to open up her chart, I cannot legally inform you of the entire truth.
As for the person who wrote "Guest" well she financed her Invisalign through an outside agency at 0% interest. By contract, I MUST refund the money to the financing company because they do not loan money to people at 0% interest and know that people will "buy and return" to get interest free money. I did several hours worth of work on her and with Invisalign to re-work the computer mock-up. She wanted things done more quickly and was both belligerent and uses offensively vulgar language routinely. As a result, she was terminated as a patient and refunded money back to the financing company - a fact she refuses to tell you about.
