Dropped off Range Rover w/ significant hail damage June 9. Shop has currently set 8 dates the vehicle would be ready, and still has it. Guaranteed quality, but found hair and drip mark in fresh paint, didn't repair all existing damage, damaged newly ordered parts, caused new damage--I'll be lucky if my vehicle is drivable after I get it back. Empty promisers: John McCord, Rich Pedigo... I asked to speak with the owner, John Pearson, and couldn't get a call from him--does he care how his business is being mismanaged and what they're doing to their customers & vehicles??? Pros: Nice building Cons: Cannot manage project, communication, expectations, quality
