We have gone to HIll Ridge Farms for over 13 years; it was always included in our rides in the country when we lived in Wake Forest. We loved the petting zoo, feeding the fish in the pond, the pumpkins and hay rides at Halloween and the Christmas trees in December. I was very disheartened to hear that their wildly popular Haunted Hayride through the woods was not going to be held this past year (2008), When I called to ask, the girl on the phone sounded a little exasperated, as if many other people had called to inquire. Unfortunately she did not offer a reason, leaving me to wonder. We are hoping they bring it back this year, as it was a blast!

We spent a saturday here with my friend and her son. It was so much fun . They have Trail rides, Hay rides, Train rides and even Gem Mining. We spent the whole day there. The kids loved it . Every one that works there is so nice its family operated and has been in business for a long time. The prices are great gem mining is only 3.00 per person.

We had such a great time when we visited them for their Fall Festival. They have a great giant slide, corn maze, petting zoo, hayride, picnic area, playground and train. There was so much to do, we spent a whole afternoon there. They have an awesome country store and they stock it with some of the most intersting and tasty goodies! They have so much to offer there, even pumpkins and Christmas trees!

This is also a wonderful place to go for the whole family, Great location. They have tons, you can spend hours and hours at this place, Lots of great things for the little ones to do, and for the older ones its also great, Lots of time we go and get our pumkins and christmas tress there, they have Great prices , lots of open space for the kids to run and play and just have great time, Hours are great and its not to bad when busy , there is a lot of help so thats allways nice when getting stuff for the hoildays, They also sell a lot of homemade food YUmmy lol.Lots of parking space as well. We just love how they make it like the old days. Very nice , please go and see them well worth it .
