Penn State York offers a great education for those who have a low budget. Their computer courses are especially good and they have experienced professors who know their topics. The professors have a good background and are familiar and have been teaching for many years. They are also very friendly, the people are also very nice. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a degree without shelling out large amounts of money.
