Get Nailed nail salon is clean and easy to find. It is in a small strip mall off of West Market Street and it doesn't hurt that there is a pizza sub shop in the same strip mall. The employees are polite and friendly. Honestly I normally do my own nails, but when it is time to treat myself I know I will get a nice manicure at Get Nailed.
