Sneakerama is as good as it gets. When you walk in to the store, you are greeted. The person that greets you wants you and your feet to leave happy. It doesn't matter the time of day. If you walk in 2 minutes before close you will be given the same time and attention while never feeling rushed. The staff is so much more knowledgable than any other store I have been to, it is almost comical. They know precisely how to accomodate your foot, sometimes just by looking at how you wore out your old shoes!!!!!!!!!! What? I could go on all day. It is comforting to know that this place exists. The family that runs it is beautiful. You can't possibly go there and be dissapointed. Enjoy! Pros: Best service, best prices, family owned. Cons: There isn't one next to me in Medford!

Sneakerama has an excellent selection of athletic shoes to choose from, and the sales staff really go out of their way to help you get the best fit and style. I have bought several pairs of shoes there and I'm very happy with all of them. Recently, I brought my mother in to get walking shoes and they were out of her size in one style, but sold her a similar style that was more expensive for the same price. She is VERY happy with her new shoes and her senior discount! Steve and the rest of the staff make shopping at Sneakerama a very pleasant experience, and their prices are very competitive too.

I placed a large order for cheering shoes with Sneakerama. It was a very complicated order. Steve and Mike were great, and took a lot of time with me to make sure that the order was right. The shoes shipped on time and were exactly what we wanted. A few of the girls on the squad wanted to go up a half size, and they had no problem with this. I sent back the shoes and they promptly sent me out the replacement sizes. The price was great too. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend their store!

I am a college athlete who has had some trouble this off season with cronic knee pain. I heard about Sneakerama through a friend of the family and decided to give them a try. Upon entering their beautiful store I was greated by employees who seemed to be more knowledgable that any other sneaker store I had EVER been to. From there the fiendly staff proceeded to watch me walk and look at the mechanics of my body to make sure that I was put into the proper sneaker. I am pleased to say that my knee pain has been minimized and I have been able to get back to training thanks to the wonderful folks at sneakerama. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND their store to any one who is looking for great service along with great fitting sneakers from a staff that seems to really care about each individual customer.

I ordered some shoes online for the posted online price which was an unbelievable $0.00, all I had to do was pay shipping. Of course I didn't expect the order to go through, but I was soon contacted by sneakerama whom said the order was on its way. Great! Not so great. They ended up charging an unauthorized $200.00 to my credit card. I called the credit card company to see who was making this unauthorized transaction and they told me it was sneakerama. They asked me about the situation and I told them exactly what you are reading here. They said that unauthorized charging is theft and wanted to know if I wanted to press charges. I said no and that I'd clear it up with sneakerama. I quickly called sneakerama and began to explain what the credit card company said. Before I could finish Steve, the owner, absolutely BLEW UP calling me a thief, a sleezebag amongst other explicit profanities. He continued on for a few minutes not letting me finish. I responded in kind and the situation quickly deteriorated. He asked if I was from California, I guess he has something against the west coast. All I wanted was to say is that the credit card company said he should not be processing unauthorized transactions and that I want to return one of the two pairs of shoes ordered. I will be returning both pairs of shoes and leaving this blog open for responses and other situations that people may have had with the company. I am sure this is not how he usually operates his business but I am one unsatisfied customer!

Sneakerama has great selection of Nike shoes for all purposes. They also carry Cheering shoes and apparel if you are interested. Their staff is very helping and prices are much lower than the prices in the big chain stores and shopping complexes. They do have some special sales going on once in a while so look out for those sales and you can save even more..
