This art museum, though in the seemingly unknown town of worcester, houses many great mastepieces from a wide range of artists. The best thing about this museum is that on a regular basis there are coming and going exhibits, making for a dynamic experience, even for the local residents. With the most recent addition of 'Paintings from the black plague,' featuring paintings from the era of the plague in europe. Housing mostly older, more traditional forms of art, the museum is gradually making a change to incorporate more modern forms of art, but that change will not be complete for quite some time.

The Worcester Art museum is an excellent location for just about anyone to view some beautiful art and exhibits and further enrich themselves and their lives. This is a great place for individuals and families. It’s very clean and peaceful and when specific exhibits are displayed, they are put together very well.

They have pictures dating back centuries, and even some modern art. You can get headphones for a self-guided audio tour. There's a lunch bar (expensive) and gift shop, and I think they even offer art classes if you're so (no idea what that would cost). Make a day of it or just stop by for a walk through! Get cultured!
