The worst customer service. Our item was NEVER delivered...everytime I called I spoke with someone who barely spoke english and would guarantee me delivery that week. Three months later, still no item!!! The manager was rude, inconsiderate and just offered me my money back. Could not tell me when my items would be delivered after i waited approximately 5 months total. The worst customer service i have ever received. I would never buy from this company ever again, nor would i ever recommend them to anyone. Consumers beware!!! These people are scam artists!! I'm filing a report. Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING

Very Bad Service. They trick people by put up online specials. When you order they say its out of stock and you have to wait for weeks. Even then they do not deliver the goods. Pls do not fall for this Ever since i ordered the furtinure i had to call them up every day and they keep telling you stuff like the furtinure not in stock the delivery guys are on their way the delivery guys cant deliver it today and will do it tomorrow IF you go for such service its like you are loosing your piece of mind Pros: very non professional people Cons: you will loose your mind following up with them forever until you decide to cancel the order

Furniture Factory Outlet is not like one of those old fashioned cheap outlets wher you find all dumb pieces which are way out of models.This place is a very accessible and offers a wide variety of sofas, coffee tables,couches, mattresses, bedroom sets and various decorative furniture pieces also.Customer service is good but 1 thing i must mention is that the sales reps are some time not sure on very specific points that you may ask.Quality is good for the price but don't expect it to be a very high as its an outlet afterall. All in all a nice to go if you need some furniture pieces at good prices.
