The Lucky Dog books all sorts of bands. They used to be mostly rock, but have been getting plenty of alternative and jazz in lately, which is nice. The atmosphere of course varies with the band, but it's a really nice little venue. They have a good variety of drinks, too, and prices for everything are very reasonable. Skip the big bands and support some local musicians!

The last 2 comic were terrific the first one was funny but a little timid. What a great place we will be back and recommend it highly.
Pros: Like a small theater with a bar and food

Brew City is a great place to sample just about any beer. They have over 100 beers and 35 on tap. On Friday's and Saturday's they serve Beer dinners -Different entrees made using different beers. I tried the surf and turf and it was delicious. Prices are reasonable and service is great. Parking can be a problem But wasn't the two times we have been there. I highly recommend Brew City.

This is a popular spot in town to run into friends from past and present. Cozy, casual, lunch and after work hangout where you never know who you'll see including celebs from local entertainment facilities. Great food served by people who really care about you but also know how to have fun. Be sure to say "Hello" to a certain daytime bartender, she won't forget your face the next time around. Any I dare say there will be a next time! There should be a "Northworks" in every city! Caio!

This is an excellent venue hall for concerts of all kinds. They can accommodate a large crowd and the acoustics are great. The cost depends on who is playing and there is very good security and a dance area.

This is a great pool hall for those who actually want to play pool (versus just "hanging out" at a pool hall). This place takes good care of their tables and sticks, and they have waitresses that come around frequently to bring your drinks so you can focus on playing pool. They have enough space between their tables, and good music coming from the jukebox. If I want to play pool in Worcester, this is the only place I go.

I strongly disagree with the review previously given. I had been to Suney's Pub on multiple occasions and never been less than extremely satisfied. The employees are always accommodating and friendly. The food is excellent with seafood specials on thursday and friday and the delicious all you can eat menu on saturday. The prices have always been satisfactory and very cheap for the impressing quality of food. The portions are plentiful and the restuarant is always willing to help make the meal exactly what you would like it to be. The renovations recently done look excellent and the bars environment has improved greatly with the new look.
