I have gone to this store on several occasions. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They always seem to have what I am looking for. They are eager to answer any questions I have. They will also help you install wiper blades or a headlight. The prices are very good as well.

The staff person here was so helpful and courteous in changing my taillight and only charged for the lightbulb. I didn't want to take advantage of his goodwill but he really helped me out. I will definitely use this store again. Easy parking and easy to find.

I haven't been in this area too long so I was very happy to run into such great service from a mechanic.
I have not used them for repair yet but will when I need any.
My friend was on her way to visit when her tire went flat in the middle of Worcester. She called her auto service who told her someone from Boulevard would be there in 40 minutes. I have been in this type of situation several times, and know that 40 minutes often means double that and it often takes more than one call.
Well, when did they get there? In 40 minutes as promised. He changed the tire quickly, answered all her questions, put everything back in the trunk and got her on her way. I have no idea how great a mechanic these folks are, but their service is fantastic.

With the waiting room completely empty, the inspection still took 3.5 hours to complete. But that's half of the reasons that i will no longer take both of my cars to this place.
The customer service has always been nice, but i am not too sure about the staff this time around. Took my car, midday, with the following request of new inspection sticker and to CHECK why both back tires were leaking air. Mind that there was no one in the waiting room and i have only an hour lunch break.
3 hours later, the car was ready along with the rejection sticker and $23 per tire for plugging apparent nail holes in both of the tires ( that's $46 for two plugs, that's simply unheard off). The reason for the rejection sticker was failed parking break. The explanation that i got is that the parking break will not stay on when engaging the car in gear. The car is equipped with automatic parking break release when you put it in gear( your mechanic being in business this long should know this, don't you think?), hence it needs to be held down to be tested.
3 hours, after demonstrating that to them they took the car back for an additional 20 minutes of re-testing. And finally after the mechanic walked by and thrown the car keys on the counter, this nightmare was over. No explanation, no sorry for waiting your time - Customer service was apparently still in a holiday comma. So let me recap, unjustified 3.5 hours wasted and $46 for plugging the tires when asked to have them checked ( Sunoco around the corner does it for $8 per plug) should seem like not only a rip off but unprofessional rip-off.
