I visited the Quick Lane Service at Pallotta Ford. It was really nice. They got me right in WITH NO APPOINTMENT! No calling ahead. My friend at work told me to go there after telling her I needed an oil change. I give them 5 stars because I got in and out on my lunch break and the waiting area was real nice. Tv's and Wifi. I give them 5 stars more

Biggest car dealer in town 8/6/2005

I was looking for my second car last year, so I visited almost all dealers in town. This is the biggest car dealer in Wooster. Lots of new and used cars available. My experience with them, just based on my visit there, is OK. But one friend of mine said they don't provide nice service even he bought his Taurus there. So I give it 4 stars. more
