During the 30 minutes I was in the store, not one employee greeeted me or checked to see if I needed assistance. Someone did say ""bye"" when I left. For early afternoon on a weekday I would have thought customer service would be better. There were also tons of boxes and misplaced shoes laying all over the place and I didn't think they had that great of a selection. I will not be going back no matter how good the deals are.

I WAN NEVER NOTIFIED AND THEIR TRACKING DOESN'T EVEN SHOW THAT IT HAS LEFT THE WAREHOUSE! SERVICE REP PRETTY MUCH SAID TOO BAD. SO NOW I HAVE TO GO OUT AND BUY BOOTS TONIGHT FOR OUR TRIP TOMORROW. FAMOUS FOOTWEAR HAS BEEN NOW ADDED TO MY LIST ON OF DO NOT SHOP STORES AS OF TODAY!

Famous Footware is a big shoe store with lots of inventory. Many styles for the whole family. Located in a good shopping center, so central access when you're out and about. However, the shoes, although supposedly discounted, are still rather pricey. Easy to find equivalent or better deals elsewhere.
