Library IV is crammed with books lining the walls. Many of them old and interesting that you can browse through while you eat. They have a very good salad bar and you go up to the chef to order your meal. Steaks are wonderful but my favorite is chicken Stefano. Thin chicken in a wonderful white wine sauce topped with jumbo lump crab meat. They also have a bar and weekend entertainment.

Been going here since my first date 30 years ago. Has expanded several times but has maintained the same concept. Go to chef's window and order prime steaks by the ounce cooked to your liking. Free salad bar and sides ala carte. Owner Brian O'Keeny is always in the house and makes every customer feel like a regular. Better steak than the chains or the fancy restaurants at a much better price in a casual but fun atmosphere.

I went for the first time tonight, what a mistake. There was a 2 hour wait. When we finally got a table...a lousy one at that. We had the hostesses listening to our conversation and no one informed us on how to order. We waited over 10 minutes, finally leaned over the hostes's water glass and coffee cup and asked her how to order or get a menu...do you need to call it in? When we finally ordered...the food came all at once. I had to send back the soup because my entree was sitting there getting cold. I was really let down by this restaurant. I dont think I will be going there again anytime soon. The wait staff were very apologetic. Pros: larger parking lot Cons: expensive, long wait, food came all at once
