Dr. Kownacki is an all-around great therapist and person. He is very insightful and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. I would highly recommend for any adult seeking therapy, and he is wonderful with children and adolescents as well. He has a well-rounded and extensive background in the mental health field, and will answer your questions and concerns in an honest, straight-forward manner - all of my interactions with him were quite positive. His office is a friendly, relaxed environment and he also accepts diffferent types of insurance. I would highly recommend him for anyone seeking therapy or mental health services in the Wichita Falls area!
