Prospect Property Management

When we first began renting from PPM everything was fine, until that is you need something fixed or you need to get ahold of someone! None of our outside nor garage outlets work, work order submitted 11 documented times in last 6 months! The lawn care service, owned and ran by PPM is beyond substandard! Our lease is almost up and we will not renew this time! I would like to add that when our subpump in our basement went out we were told by the emergency maintenance person "not sure what I can do tonight I suggest you move all your valuables off the floor" more

We enjoyed our time in our PPM managed home. I know PPM managed many properties in the Wichita area and everytime I went into the office both Jason and Glenda were always so sweet and remembered me. Whenever we had a problem (dishwasher issues, air conditioner leak, etc) you really made us feel we were a priority no matter how small the issue....that is AWESOME customer service! We always recieved great service from the maintenece team, even if it just turned out to be a user error (dishwasher wasn't drying dishes....apparently that is what jet dry liquid is for...oops!) Thank you again for all your help in our 2 1/2 years in our home! We enjoyed our stay and hope the new tenants are enjoying their time there as much as we did! more

He was awesome.He was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable while he was in the house. Had some trouble fixing what was wrong but stayed until he got it right. He told me he wouldn’t want his own house done any differently and would handle hers the same way. more

All I can say is wonderful! I recently moved into a property managed by Premier Property Management. Their attentiveness to my repair issues was spectacular. Their service was further appreciated by the willingness of their staff to ensure that I was kept up to date on changes in the most professional and courteous manner, going out of their way to make sure that I had the information. As I moved to Wichita, Kansas for professional reasons, the first management agency I utilized was very difficult, to say the least; to arrange for repairs, let alone keeping up on their obligations for maintenance on the property, fulfilling the services they advertised; and most disappointingly, were very unprofessional – as I found in conversations with my neighbors. My house was on the market for sale for almost a year with no buyers. I hear that the rental market was good right now so I looked for some sites online and found Premier. They came out, assessed the property and began to advertise it online. They found a renter withing a couple of weeks. I was so happy to be able to relocate and keep the home! more

I moved out recently and had some questions regarding my deposit and what was done to the house after I moved out. They went over everything with me, and we actually found 1 mistake which they fixed and sent me an additional check.
