Ok, ok, she's my mom but she's also been my agent when I bought a duplex where most of my family lives there in Wichita. I've had the duplex 2 years now and it's been a good deal for me as it provides pretty good cash flow and I got a fair price too. When you have income that fluctuates all the time like I do having some committed monthly income is a good deal. Myrna has been in the real estate business roughly 18 years and she knows the Wichita area very well. She is honest, hard working, ethical, and she isn't a hard sell either.
