These guys are total con artists. They charge twice as much as anyone else and do sub-par work. Ask to see the license from their plumbers, most of the guys are operating under one guy's master license and have no training or knowledge of plumbing. This company has no integrity, avoid at all costs! I have now been burned twice for being stupid enough to trust them again. Too bad Adam is using the good WSU Baseball name to sell this rip-off company. Should be ashamed of himself. Pros: Big ad in the phone book / supports WSU Baseball Cons: Double the price of anyone in town for sub-par work

I was impressed with the response time, and with the strong ethical character of this company. The tech called me soon after my request was posted and we scheduled the service call. Once the tech arrived he told me that it might cost more than I wanted to spend for him to trouble shoot the problem, and that I might be better off calling a specialist. He referred me to another company and I called them. Thirty minutes after the second tech arrived he was gone and the problem was fixed. Thanks to The Butler I have found two reliable pro's that I will use in the future.
