Dr. Kato is very knowledgable & friendly. He has state of the art equipment & is current on the latest technologies. During his routine vision exam on me, he discovered I had lost some vision in my left eye. I didn't notice the lost because it was in the lower portion near my nose & it overlapped the area seen by my right eye. Not all OD's use the peripheral field vision machine. This machine found my vision loss. He had me see an optomologist. I was diagnosed with low pressure glaucoma. The standard glaucoma test that blows air on your eye would not have detected this problem because my eye pressure was normal. I'm using eye drops every day to keep my eye pressure at 12. I've had this condition since 2000. My vision has remained stable. I see Dr. Kato & my optomologist regularly.

Mimo's has delicious food, and they have a nice little outside sitting area set up so that you can choose to enjoy your food outdoors or indoors. It is in a cute little shopping area, so you could make it a nice day with family or friends. There fries are yummy!

I went here with my girlfriend who is Persian (and a very picky eater!) and I must say that I was very impressed. I will try to keep it brief but if you like Mediterranean food or middle eastern food, definitely give this place a try.
Service - It was great, true to the name, it is a very family style restaurant. Service was friendly, timely and very outgoing.
Food - Could not have been more fresh and perfectly prepared. We started with some Hummus and Cucumber Yogurt (Very cheap at like $4 each) with lots of fresh bread which my girlfriend liked. For dinner I had the Lamb Kabob and she had the Chicken. Both were very juicy but i definitely liked the lamb more. Rice was nicely flavored as well and not at all sticky like you sometimes find.
Total bill was about $32 and worth every penny. I have paid much more then that for lower quality Persian food. Check this place out!

This is a great local art gallery that usually features two or three local and culturally interesting artists each month. They have a great free opening each month with snacks, wine and the chance to speak with the artists in this intimate atmosphere.

Their pizza's are huge, and can feed many people. They are a bit pricey compared to the popular $5 pizza, but it is so worth it! The only downfall is it is VERY greasy, but I think it adds to the delicious flavor! They have an awesome lunch special for only $2.50 which comes with 2 large slices (pepperoni or cheese) and a small soda. You can add toppings for a few cents more.

North's has the best fried zucchini in this area. My family has tried every type of fried zucchini from the fast food joints to more expensive restaurants and they are the best by far. Fresh and crispy and the ranch dreassing is perfection. I have asked them for the receipe many times and they consider it a trade secret. Worth your time to check it out. They have great hamburgers, chicken and sandwiches too. Their pastrami is pretty tasty.
