On October 16,2009, I was in a rush and accidently let my engagement ring fall out of my hand and into the toilet, which I had just flushed, I heard the ding, so I hoped it had hit the side of the toilet, but NO, Iit had fallen into the toilet. We called Roto Rooter, was told not to use any water in the house and they would be here within the hour. The gentlemen, Drazan, was there very promptly. He told me what would have to be done and that there was a 50/50 chance that he would find it. Unfortunately after trying repeatly for 1 1/2 hours he was not able to retrieve my ring...This man tried time after time to find my ring, inside and outside of the house..I am very thankful for his many, many efforts to find my ring.. He aplogied and was very very sincere. He left us with an inspirational quote, hoping to make me feel better. Very courteous and very professional, would recommend to everybody.
