Not only do they have napkins, plates, silverware, decorations, and more for parties, but they have all colors of these items, so coordinating is not a problem. You can also special order imprinted napkins, wedding invitations and more. Their wedding section is huge, with candles, table cloths, glassware and other necessities to make your special day beautiful, all for a reasonable price.

They added a hotel to this already fun hotspot, making it even better! Wheeling Downs is fun for a night out on the town (slot machines, card games, drinks and food! Need I say more?). Whether you're alone or with a group of friends, you will have a blast here (unless of course, you lose your shirt). It's somewhat crowded, but most casinos are. They have a great buffet and lots of perks if you sign up to be a preferred member. Overall it's great fun for those 18 and over.

The Bella Via's food tastes like it is Mom's home-cooked meals.....This resturant is the Best of the Best!!!!!!!! You have to try their Chicken Parmesean.......SOooo good!

This is undoubtedly the best pizza in the Ohio Valley. Gourmet pizza in a Valley full of Domino's and Pizza Huts, it seems a tremendous boon for the Wheeling Area to host such a bold pizzeria, specializing in wonderfully flavorful while traditionally individual topping arrangements, seemingly to capture the attention of not only the palate of the most urbane pizza gormandizer, but also for those who are much more adventurous in their tastes. I've eaten pizza from Malibu to NYC to Istanbul (even Baghdad), and this is without a doubt a delivery dream. Kudos to you, Vocelli's Pizza.
Pros: Sauce, freshness of meats/vegtables, suppleness of dough batter, delivery options

I just moved to the area and wanted something to eat besides the normal fast food joints and Bob Evans, so I asked some co-workers where some good food could be found. My boyfriend and I are were starving, so he got chicken wings, and the special, an open face prime rib sandwich overtop horseradish mashed potatos and snow peas. I had a chicken quesadilla. The wings were huge, though the sauce was slightly sweet for my liking, but still tasty. The sandwich was huge and really good... even a day later for leftovers. My quesadilla was good, though had a fair amount of onions in it. I would definitely come back.
Pros: great food, live bands, shops upstairs
Cons: parking a little tricky

Don't be fooled. This is Patsy's one and only. Located in Elm Grove this it is the lighthouse beacon former residents follow home. So highly craved they will now mail it UPS!! It's not the same but still.... Expect long lines and business is constant, but it goes fast and is beyond worth it. The soup Nazi has nothing on this place. Square slices or by the tray with a beautiful crunch. No one visits home without stopping in atleast once. Ask anyone.
Pros: open till 3 a.m.,, great parking, nothing tastes better
Cons: , crowded, don't deliver

The Best place for Fish...Known for Lenten Fish originally but now everyone just knows it's good everyday. Friends come from out of town and the 1st thing they ask for is Coleman's Fish. Just took relatives there last week-end. It's located at "The Center Market" in downtown Wheeling. Eating there is an option or take-out might be your choice as it's not air-conditioned. The atmosphere is great though because it's a full of people and people watching is always fun.
