We go to Paper Shack for every big bash we throw. Not only do they have napkins, plates, silverware, decorations, and more for parties, but they have all colors of these items, so coordinating is not a problem. You can also special order imprinted napkins, wedding invitations and more. Their wedding section is huge, with candles, table cloths, glassware and other necessities to make your special day beautiful, all for a reasonable price.

We shop at Value City first when we are looking for clothes, items for the home and furniture. Most of the time, we don't have to go anywhere else. They have the best prices on namebrand clothes, not to mention a great selection that is always changing. They also have popular shoes for a steal as well. We especially like their furniture department though. Our current living room set is 12 years old and has held up nicely over the years. When we look for a new set, we will certainly look at Value City again! You can't beat the prices!

I've bought and received gifts from Howard's Diamond Center. As a customer, I love the personalized attention and great selection at Howard's. The staff is friendly and courteous. You can browse at items or you can have someone help you. No one is pushy. The store has a GREAT layaway program and financing. As a gift receipient, I absolutely LOVE my diamonds! The jewelry is beautiful and top quality. If you're in the market, check out Howard's! It's located in downtown. There isn't much parking so you might have to walk a block or two from the parking center. It's worth it, though!

Franks is THE place to get wigs and hair pieces in the Ohio Valley. I recently went to Franks to purchase a wig and the staff helped me find the perfect wig. They let me try on several to see which colors and hairstyles flattered my face the most... I told my co-worker about Franks and she went in for a hair pieces and she, too, was very pleased. Franks has evening hours with free parking. You don't need an appointment if you're in the market for wigs or pieces but you might want to make an appointment if you're going to get a haircut or style. The staff is really great and I highly recommend Franks! (Franks even donates wigs ~ both the wig and personalized fittings ~ to local hospitals for chemotherapy patients who have lost their hair.)

This is a nice place to go if you are interested in trains and older toys. My kids really enjoed spending a couple of hours looking around. They have alot of interesting things in this place. They also give guided tours if you wish. But, you need to call for reservations if you have a large group and want a tour. Fun place to spend a rainy afternoon.

We've always had good service from Wheeling Flower Shop. We just call them up and put in an order and they send us the bill. We've always been pleased with their displays. When there has been a problem, they've been quick to resolve such as when we sent flowers to a funeral out of town that ended up looking like a display of weeds thrown together by the florist in that other town that finished the order. We called Wheeling Flower Shop up and explained our dissatisfaction and they, without even us asking, offered to send a replacement planter to the family.
