The repair men here are quick to help and have proved to be honest. I am very impressed with this shop and would highly recommend it. I have been impressed with this auto parts store on more than one occassion. The store is organized and clean. The sales represenatives are mostly quite knowledgable mechanically. They were willing to go the extra mile to help me when my car literally rolled into their parking lot. The stores prices are decent.

During our trip home for Christmas, our Hyundai (2 years old) broke down yet again. This time in Wheeling West Virginia. THe dealership was small, so they were closed early and we had to stay at a hotel in wheeling to wait on the car to be fixed.
It is a small dealership, so getting in took a bit of time, but the customer service was absolutely excellent.
I would highly recommend this dealership, but would definitely NOT recommend the car. The gear shift kept popping out of fifth gear...and again, this problem is not covered under warranty. What a scam!

I took my car to get inspected by these crooks and they're every bad cliche there is about mechanics. They told me I needed a whole new exhaust system - for $700. I took my car to another mechanic who said my exhaust was fine, I just needed a new tailpipe. . . I think that was about $30? My grandmother used to take her car and everytime she'd take it in to get it fixed, something else would end up messed up. It took us a long time to convince her that she needed to find someone else. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
