The customer is truly queen (or king) here. They offered to take my coat as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I wanted anything to drink. My massuese was very prompt. She was also very courteous and professional. She did an excellent job with my massage, although she was not clear on what service I was there for. My payment was handled accurately and efficiently. The staff at the front desk were able to answer all my questions about their other services. I would definitely go back!

The nice things about resale shops in this sort of community, is the secondhand stuff you can find is almost always in great condition. I've bought everything from living room furniture, to clothes, to toys here. It's a big store with a nice selection of books and housewares as well. The staff is relatively friendly. Parking in downtown Wheaton can be tricky, but it's worth walking a few blocks for the deals you can find here.

But I give them a good rating because it just seems like they try so hard. The service is always great, very friendly. The food is pretty forgettable, grilled chicken sandwiches, brats, fries, etc. The quality is fine. They have mob type posters on the wall, and plain jane booths, plastic mustard and ketchup bottles, red plastic burger baskets, that type of thing. Honestly, I'd spend my money somewhere else, but I do go there occassionally because I like to support the local mom and pop, non-chain type place.

If you're thinking healthy, this is the store to shop. This store is so pleasant and fun to shop in, but if your wallet can afford it. This is an all organic store with plenty of variety. The seafood section is fun to walk by, just to see what type of seafoods and salads are on display. The cheese and wine selection is fantastic. They also have pre-made organic lunches/dinners to take home. Even the frozen food and condiment section is all organic. If you haven't shopped here yet, you're missing out.

More
When you have food allergies and issues and need to buy bread, cookies, donuts and milk all made from rice, it's nice to have a place to shop that feels like a real grocery store. So many times the stores you end up having to go to are small mom and pop places and you feel a little conspicuous. Well, not so at this Whole Foods.
The place is huge. At the very least, it seems huge. The ceilings are tall and the place is well-lit. The produce section is huge, nestled right next to the large bakery section. You then walk right into the fish section where people stand behind the counter are there to help you and the fish at least looks so fresh they are practically still wiggling. They have a humungous section of organic wines that then leads into the dairy sections (or non-dair section in my case). The place is laid out perfectly, is what I am saying.
The employees are helpful and friendly. The checkout lines are well-staffed even on the busiest days. Even the checkout people are friendly and willing to talk to you. They have a large section where you can sit and eat some freshly prepared food as well.
One of my favorites, the Whole Foods in Wheaton is a great place to do your organic food shopping.

Wheaton Sport Center has expanded and grown over the past 20 years. Forget your typical and crowded gym clubs.... this is a private center set off of a road near a small pond with occasional ducks swimming around. The club has a very professional staff committed to serving their members. The club consists of 8 clay tennis courts, indoor courts, volleyball, therapy pool, indoor track, upstairs gym, spa, and the list can go on. The center also has tennis pros who teach adults and juniors, from private to group lessons. I did spot a very well-known player here once too! For the ones who have a serious tennis side...this is definitely the place to be.

This is a full line Christian supply store for the church and family. It covers almost 20,000 ft. of supplies and gifts. I went in here to look for a few religious gifts and charms and came across items that are bought by the church also. I never really knew where they bought these type of items, but this would definitely be the place. This would be a great place for the church secretary/administrators to buy their supplies, which contains a wide and vast quantity, at very affordable prices. They also have a website and can ship out deliveries.
