No matter what your budget, you should make the time to stop by The Plumed Serpent while shopping for a wedding gown. While The Plumed Serpent has a rather small selection of gowns, they carry only the highest quality designers and you will get a feel for what a wedding dress should be! The staff at The Plumed Serpent is excellent and very willing to help. Unlike many bridal shops, I didn't feel pressured to put down a deposit immediately. Sadly, with quality comes expense. But a trip will be worth it for the experience alone - this is what wedding dress shopping should be!

I did a lot of research before purchasing a gown for my wedding. I read reviews on many websites. I found great reviews for the Plumed Serpent and some not so great. When I went there, I wondered how anyone could write a bad review. The store is beautiful, the dresses of the highest quality and the staff is helpful. Some stores I visited were overwhelming with the selection of dresses. The Plumed Serpent had a varied selection of most of the hot designers. I was lucky enough to go to a Monique trunk show and got to see all her designs. The seamstress was lovely and did not lose patience with my pre-wedding jitters and constant questions. The gown fit beautifully. I felt like a princess! I have recommended the store to everyone I know who is engaged. Thanks ladies for making my special day PERFECT.

We were visiting family in Norwalk after Christmas, playing Mario Kart on their new Wii. I somehow managed to wack myself in the face with the steering wheel, and broke my tooth. My wife went online to find an emergency dentist in Norwalk, since we were there. But I suggested we call Dr. Epstein, since he's my regular dentist.
Dr. Epstein was gracious enough to handle my dental emergency on the weekend. I can't thank him enough for that.

The best donuts around in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. While donuts are the featured attraction ( I like the chocloate), they also have eggs, omelettes, sandwiches, with a menu that is not as extensive as a diner, but pretty close. Not that much seating, but even during peak AM hours, we have been able to find a table for 2 or 3.

This is an excellent Japenese restaurant located in Westport. The food is not bad at all, bet more than that, the atmosphere and service are excellent. One may choose between hibachi, traditional seating, or a private room seating available for no extra charge (reservation only). This restaurant is expensve, but the food is great and the atmosphere even better. Two thumbs up.
