My experience with Hudson Honda has been one of lies.
Lie #1: Over the phone, John Seda (the internet sales representative) quoted me a price of $17,000 for a 2009 Honda Civic LX. John assured me that this price included the destination charge. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was told that John had made a mistake and the price for the car is much higher.
Lie #2: I should have left the dealership after lie #1, but I was stupid. I let the salesperson talk me into getting a 2009 Civic EX. However, after putting a deposit down on the Civic, I received another call from John Seda. Since he did not know that I had already put a deposit down for a car, he offered me a price for the same car that was $700 lower than what I had purchased it for. Naturally, I called my salesperson to see why John was offering a price which was significantly lower than what I paid. My salesperson said that John had made another ??????mistake,?????? and that they would be unable to offer me the lower price that John had quoted me. However, the salesperson did offer to refund me my deposit.
Lie #3: It has now been over three weeks since my salesperson offered to refund my deposit; however, I still have not received my money back. I call the dealership on almost a daily basis, but every time they have a different excuse for why they haven??????t refunded the money. Their latest excuse is that they have processed the refund. However, the money has not been returned to my account. When I asked for a confirmation of the refund, they said that they would fax it, but I never received it.

I had a great experience at Hudson Honda and going into any car dealer, expectations are always low but they impressed my family and I. They were straight and honest and got right to the point. End result was a happy family with a great deal and we have already recommended three family members already to them. Keep up the great work!! Johnny Rivas and his staff has made a change for the better. I did not have to go to a highway dealer to get a great price plus i did not get treated like just another customer, they made me feel like family!!!

I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer care received while doing business with Hudson Honda. On recommendation from my boss, my boyfriend and I decided to shop for new vehicles with them. First and foremost, as I was sitting in an office waiting for the finance guys to look over my income paperwork, etc, one of the finance guys (I'm sorry, but I never caught his name) came into the office where both my boss and myself were seated and proceeded to ask my boss for a job making the exact same amount I do. I found this a little fishy, given that he was indeed one of the finance guys and had just looked over my financials. I find this to be completely unethical and in incredibly bad form and should have ran out of there at that very moment, and would have had it not been for my sales guy, Yirko, who's customer service was top notch. My second complaint is that after hammering out a deal with the finance guys (which took all day) for two leases with 15,000 miles each, we were told to return the next day to sign all paperwork involved and take possession of the vehicles. On returning the next day, none of what was agreed upon was reflected in the paperwork. The leases were written up for 12,000 miles - not the 15,000 as was agreed upon - and when I brought the issue to light, they wanted to raise the amount of our monthly lease payment. We again had to spend another day haggling and hammering out the SAME deal we have JUST agreed upon the day before. My third complaint being that when it came to writing the checks for the down payments, we were told that it was ok to write two separate checks, a week within one another, as to give us time to transfer the proper funds into our checking account. Both checks were deposited immediately which completely threw my checking account out of whack because they did not give me the time promised to make the appropriate

I bought an 08 Honda Accord Coupe EX from them 3 months ago. I broke down and the service department had it for 10 days and the whole time had no idea what was wrong with it. After replacing multiple parts - and never giving me an invoice of what was done - they gave the car back and a day later decided that it was bad gas. They want my insurance company to pay for it - they will be doing an extensive investigation on this. All in all they have poor service - not very informative - they do things without telling you first or with your approval and then expect you to pay for it in the end. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone
Update: After bring back the car a couple more times for service - they have been more accomodating since the first time and the customer service is better. Maybe the first time was just a bad day for everyone involved?

It??????s a great experience with Hudson Honda of West New York. I bought a quality vehicle for brother for an amazing price. I did a lot of comparison before shopping and they had the best bang for the buck. What is more is that they are having the gala clearance event. The rates are as low as 2.9 % on Element and Odyssey cars. Even more, it is 3.99 % on V6 Accord and 4.9 % on all selected certified Hondas. Great! The clearance is almost gone just hurry in! Check also their mind blowing lease offers.
I love the employees. It was a very easy transaction. We were very well spoken to and they were very accommodating to our needs and wants. We had a great experience. Hudson Honda is a great dealer to deal with. Very personal, very very helpful in locating a vehicle that we were looking for.
I will recommend this service to anybody.

Amazing and wonderful, I got $ 1000 off on 2007 Honda Accord at Hudson Honda of West New York here in New Jersey. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure, no hassles. It??????s a better price at this dealership compared to a nearby one. I really got the value for my money. After dealing with Hudson Honda, I felt I had been greatly taken advantage of. The deal is so cool and I save a lot of bucks. I really fortunate and I can recommend it to anybody. I??????m sure my friend will be jealous about my new Honda.

I decided to purchase a Honda CRV for the New York winters and we went to Hundson Honda. We told them we have went to a couple of dealers and just wanted to know what is the best price they can offer. Eventhough they didn't have the color and options I wanted, they had a alternative color that I could live with but they couldn't beat the other dealers price. Possibly because they didn't need the sale or it was near the beginning of the month so they could have sat on that vehicle. Overall though they had a good dealership and good salesman.
