I would give it five stars, but my husband isn't a fan. It is a bit on the pricey side and you have to like unique pizza flavors. I love the pesto pizza! Lunchtime is great because there is always a slice of the day available. Some of the flavors are better than others, but that's why God invented the basic cheese pizza! Enjoy!

Aside from Pizzeria Regina in the "North End" and a few, true spots in the North burbs, this is as good as it gets for real Neapolitan style pizza, 200 mile northeast of Brooklyn. Famous Rays NY it ain't. However, it is not that greasy pan style pizza that is pawned off by Greek sub shop owners from Maine to RI. New England aside of the Italian enclaves is not known for pizza. This however, ever is good stuff, wood fired pizza ovens with a crispy crusts and hand kneaded dough...just they way momma used to make. Enjoy. Topping's are varied and all good but remember this is thin style mainland Italian style and it's really only made to support perhaps cheese and tomato sauce, try adding a mushroom or pepperoni only...otherwise it will fall apart. Pros: the pizza crust
Cons: small seating area - best to take out

I tried this place out and thought that it was ok. It was definitely better than your mom and pop places, but I was disappointed when I ordered their veggie pizza, and the dough fell apart all through the middle of the pizza. The toppings were good, but I think that they must have been running out of things, as the toppings were very, very sparse. Overall, ok. Probably wouldnt recommend it, though.
Pros: Better than mom and pop places.
Cons: Soggy crust.

A great pizza joint! I stopped by for a pie after work one day and I plan on making it a regular thing. It shouldn't come as news to anyone that the Boston area is hard-up for good pizza. Of course, Upper Crust is clearly the exception that proves the rule, and I must disagree with a previous reviewer who ranked ST's above UC in quality. Though I've only been to ST once, it's safe to say that UC's pizza is clearly superior both in quality of ingredients and execution. ST's is however by far the better bargain, with an 18 inch pizza starting at just around 16 bucks. The pizza also seem to be pretty healthy as pizza goes, with a light sauce and non-oily dough.
overall ST's is a very good pizza joint and an exceptional value. take a break from UC and give them a try.
Pros: price, portions, freshness
Cons: small selection of specialty pizzas

I'd recommend asking for a pie 'well done' for some extra crispy crust - especially during the pizza rush hour! ST's can be mobbed, so be prepared to wait on occasion.
Pros: great pizza
