This store sells cheap stuff. Cheap by standard and not by prices. Several times they sold me bad clothes and wouldn't refund me for various good reasons. I would rather make my own clothes and I don't even know how. I wouldn't even give it a star, but tat's the lowest. Ok, they get a star to being able to wear it and look good in the fitting room b/c it doesn't last long after that.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE staff. i've delt with it at EVERY SINGLE FOREVER21 I'VE BEEN TOO. which is atleast 5. including out of state 1s/ 3. i'm ALMOST positive, i'm never shopping there again unless i'm in need of a cute cheap top and i cant find them elsewhere for t the life of me. must be life or death. by the way, i'm probably exaggerating i had a horrid experience last night. the worst yet. this manager(pfft), danielle(YOU FUCKING BITCH) not very nice, not helpful at all, and i don't appreciate dirty looks from stupid whores that look 46 and probably are only about 30. i asked for her name and she told me. i wandered off and she came and found me and asked me why i wanted it, but hmmm, her attitude changed and she was suddenly nice, hmm. go figure BITCH. 4. i'm calling corp. tomorrow and bitching them out about their suckass employees. fuck forever21.

My friend and I went to Forever 21 Westminster Mall today at 5.25 PM (07/25/07) with our baby's 9 Months, however; we had awful experience from their associates (Sheila & Rachel). They asked us to throw away our drink (we didnt drink at store and they were at the baby stroller) and they asked us to leave the store rudely. How about the baby milk bottle? Means are they going to throw the bottle milk away too? How rude they are. IS this the way Forever 21 threats their customer or should hire employees (NOT KIDS with rude attitude) that know how to behave. Unpleasant experience at Forever 21, Westminster Mall. ALso, store doesnt have many collection like others Forever 21 Store. No wonder, there were no many customers.

The return policy begs to be changed, and they totally enforce it and feed their employees to the wolves, speaking of the customers, as if WE wrote the return policy. Corporate refuses to deal with ANYTHING, and they are sneaky conniving backstabbers who will do anything to make money and mass produce cheap, ill-made and not-so-in-fashion clothing, and market it as the newest trends. Did you also know they have sweatshops? Shop elsewhere!

I love shopping at Forever 21. They carry Juniors clothing. Problem is, if you are really small, or on the larger size you will not fit there clothes. They do go down to size XS or even XXS for some things, but not many. The clothes are really cheap, although they aren’t the best quality. They are so cute though, so it makes it worth it. I definitely recommend this store for teenagers or young women who wear juniors clothes.

Which is great because I’m petite and some off my friends are not yet we can still shop together. They nice and very helpful and they sell everything form accessories to under garments.
