i went to kimberly skin in hopes of erasing my acne scars...but instead she told me that i had "hidden acne" under my skin so i had to buy a laser package worth about $3000.00. i was gauranteed upon consultation an 80% improvement the other 20% rested on my cooperation on home care. then, the day of my laser, i was told that i also had to purchase a laser package of creams and lotions for my face costing me up to another $250.00. after a few lasers...i began to breakout more than i had ever in my whole life. when i brought this to her attention, i was told that i had to buy a facial package to extract the acne..this cost me up to another $250.00. now that i have completed my treatments at kimberly skin, my face is at least 20 times worse than when i began. when i complained to her, she told me that i just needed to purchase another facial package costing me another $250.00. after her facials and her lasers, i am left with acne and even worse scars consisting of craters on my skin. i am honestly ashamed to leave my house without makeup and a cap. all this place really did was give me the run around and told me that all i needed to do was to purchase more and more items and/or packages from them. nothing is ever their fault and dr.kimberly doesnt know what the hell she is doing. she herself does not even operate on her patients. if i had the oppourtunity to see her skin and dr.dan (the doctor that operates the laser treatments) prior to purchasing the laser i definitely would not have gone through with this scam. trust me!! THIS PLACE IS A LOAD OF CRAP

Their back order is just like rebates, they get your money but don't delivery the goods. Also if you fall for their backorder, don’t bother try to call them because they will give you the run around.
