When I first came to have a consultation with Dr. Kimberly, I was very skeptical of what she could do to help me because I had suffered & frustrated from acne and acne scars for about 4 years at the time. I kept asking her “what makes your clinic any different from all the other clinics I have been to?” I think the reason I decided to start the treatments was the methods she said she would use to treat my skin because everyone has different skin types and they should be treated differently. After 3 months of treatment, my acne has cleared up and my acne scars are starting to look better. Thank you very much for helping me feels better and more confident about my acne & acne scars treatment. I came to this place for treating acne. Kimberly ( I don't think she is a doctor) tried to convince me to have acne laser with the cost of $3,000. I refused to do it and she immediately turned her fact too weird! She even didnot exam my skin. All she wanted to get money from me. That was so bad experience that I got from this service. One more thing, the receptionist guy (might be a gay) in this office was so impolite. Do not come to this place. That was a really bad service!

My fiance went to this place and was clearly scammed. Because her acne problem was very slight, they told her the treatment would help, but obviously they couldn't guarantee it. Their first lie. Her very slight acne problem worsened after "treatment" from this place. So $3,000 later and months of laser and facial treatments she is more dissatisfied with her face now than ever. When she first signed the contract, they stated emphatically that her condition wasn't as bad as the one's they've seen and thus, she may not even need the full treatment. Their second lie. They told her a cream would help (which should've been part of the contract), but was told it was an additional cost. Their third lie. The creamed turned out to be expired! The "doctor Kim" isn't a doctor at all. Their fourth lie. So there's fraud right there as she dares to wear a tag identifying herself as a doctor. The staff simply smile and say, "no problem" while trying to scam more products off of you. I feel horrible for her since she's so unhappy and she's devastated that her face worsened.

I asked them if they could remove the acne. They guaranteed they could remove it so I let them remove it. One the first try, the acne was back. They promised they could remove it permanently if they tried again. After four times, they made a huge scar on his nose and offer to refund the money. This isn’t right since they guaranteed the job no matter what. I need more information to bring them to court and right the wrong they did to the community. THANK YOU DR KIMBERLY FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB!!! I came to their clinic a year ago with severe acnes and scars. After talking to Dr. Kimberly, I felt much better because I know that there is still hope. We went over the treatment plan over the course of one year which involve taking NO ORAL MEDICATION.. This included laser monthly and acne extraction almost weekly. The Dr. who performed laser on me was very patient and he explained all the questions and concerns I have. Their staff were very friendly and professional. I notice my skin gets better after the first laser treatment. I got lots of compliments from friends and co-workers. They said my skin are clearer and smoothers. Even the fine lines around my eyes were gone!! I didnt expect that too happen! After I finish my laser package, my face were so much better. NO MORE ACNES AND SCARS!!!!!!!!! My face is so smooth, and the redness and sensitivity were gone. I just have my wedding 2 weeks ago. Thank You Very Much ! 'Thank You Very Much ! I suffered from severe cystic acne for 10 years. I tried everything from Accutane to ProActiv and none of them worked. I had heard about laser and went to a couple of consultations. I chose Kimberly Skin Clinic because they showed me a lot of before, during, and after pictures of patients who had the same problem I did. The people there are very friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I experienced improvement after about a month but after only 3 months there was drastic improvement in my skin. No one would have ever known I had an acne problem. I would definitely recommend Kimberly Skin Clinic if you suffer from any kind of acne or have acne scars.
