A few years back, my facial skin got damaged on my forehead and cheeks. The price I paid for many years of sunbathing and not protecting my skin from the sun, or using sun-protection lotion. Once those dark pigmentation arrears appeared, I looked so bad. I was using some different bleaching stuff from some stores?. but they didn?t help at all. In fact those sun-damaged spots got even darker! I came to Kimberly Skin Clinic for help, and started the Laser Treatment. For those early months during treatment, to be honest, I was very depressed. Initially I could see no results, no improvement and I got very frustrated. Dr. Kimberly told me that there is no quick- fix for my case; it takes time to repair the damaged areas and build up new skin tissues. She also told me that I needed to be patient. So, I cooperated with Laser Treatments and began using their products daily. Today, I am so happy! My skin is 90 % better and I feel so confident being in public. Also, I have my self-esteem back and it is so wonderful. Just the thought of how I used to look scared me? from today I would never abused my skin, I try to do the right things. I also realize that maintaining and having a beautiful skin is an important part of personal health. This place is not making your face look good ,they just want to get money from you on the first day, they will talked u into that (Dr Kimberly is very good at this point).i did about 9 laser already, but my face 's look worse, and i asked laser doctor. He always say, it's will get better. and i asked him, my 10 laser amost is over, when it will get better, he said: i should do more laser and i am thinking i wont be stupid anymore to get one more package. And one the other day, i asked the receptionist about " does anyone get clear skin here", she said yes, and i ask for profile of that person, she try to looki for it until i left there, she still hasnt found it yet. please checking some informations first before you pay money for this place if not u will regret.

Kimberly Skin Clinic stole my money! I went to a “free” consultation with Kimberly. She made so many comments about how I needed acne laser treatment for pimples and scars and made many promises about how my skin would improve. She makes a better car saleswoman than a “doctor.” My family signed me up, I paid over $6,000. I would go weekly for painful facials and once a month for even more painful lasers. They would give us Advil to deal with the pain for the laser; I didn’t like the idea of taking medicine so often. The lasers were still very painful, it really didn’t help. The people who worked there were friendly, but the results are what mattered most. My skin never improved. By the time I finished my treatment, Kimberly tried selling me on a new package. I didn’t have the money, and even if I did, I would not waste it on these fake acne treatments. It’s a scam. Kimberly, who I don’t believe is a doctor, but more of a businesswoman tries to calm your doubt with nice talk and promises in the beginning of the program, but as it goes on, she will tell you that you need more treatments to really make your skin better and will even blame you for not taking good care of your skin if their treatment don’t give you results. I’m so sorry my family wasted their hard earned money like this; I would have rather given it to a better cause. The acne lasers actually made the scars on my face more prominent and now I have to live with this for the rest of my life. I have spoken to and have seen many others who have heard the same lies from Kimberly skin clinic. They don’t give you results; they take your money and make you think they are helping you deal with acne. I don’t want any other good person to make the same mistake I made. Do not waste your time or money with Kimberly Skin Clinic! It’s a SCAM.

....I GOT TRICK INTO BUY 8 ACNE TREATMENT SERVICE, 1 TAKE HOME CARE CREAM, 10 FACIAL TREATMENT...at first i thought the acne wouldn't hurts....but it actually did...looking carefully at my condition..it wasn't as bad as FUCKEN BITCH who claim she is DR. KIMBERLY ...saying that they are good with what they doing....HER TRICK was to say that your face got ACNE SCAR...by doing so..she make u believe that you actually got deep scar..therefore making u believe her DAMN LASER treatment would work...she trick me into signing another 6000 laser treatment...after i left her office...i realized i got trick..i ask every1 around me before i actually did the treatment...none of them approved it...when i came back to cancel it...her other mistake was that she tell me not to tell my parents that i would go through the treatment? but calm on now? what dr would have the right to tell you that? when i first step into her office..i felt completely something weird goiing on....everyone in there was acting so secretive...as if there some deep deep secrets in that office...every time u say you want to see that bitch Kimberly ...all staff in there would walk into a secretive walk way and i don't know what the fuck was their intension...but they come out acting as if nothing was wrong...DECIDED TO CANCEL ON THE THIRD ROUNDED..but i notice everytime i want to cancel they would give me all reasons not to do so...but after u open ur mouth to say cancel ...all their true action appears...so i went back and ask for a paying for my first ACNE service...the FUCKING RECEPTIONIST FOOl...give me all reasons by saying how they close TUESDAY ...but i had proof that my old appointment DATE is on that SAME day that he say ...their office was close on that day...all they want to do is to avoid from patient's cancellation on their SERVICE packet...

ok i'm reposting this from other sites because the stupid employees are writing fake good reviews for this sh*tty place. btw i agree with the person below...that stupid feminine guy in the front is the most annoying person ever. you think he's nice and all, but when i tried calling him and being really polite to ask for my money back, he basically did not listen to a single word i say (because everytime i finish talking he would not respond...only when i call his name did he answer...it was like he was zoning out). hey, if you're reading this, know that you're one really stupid ugly farthead. Ok first of all, to those who are actually going to this place to receive treatments, STOP IMMEDIATELY AND DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK. They have a policy of no refunds, but DEMAND it...keep calling back, going to the store, MAKE A BIG FUSS around other customers, threaten to report to Better Business Bureau or any other organizations in order to get your money back (if the the entire amount, then just the amount that you haven't used in your treatments). I went here last year, summer 2007, for acne treatments. She targets the vietnamese community, and my family fell for that since we wanted someone to easily communicate with the parents. She drew us into a package worth $6,600 for 10 laser series and 28 acne extractions, plus three packages of skincare products (i think it was around this amount...maybe more). The estheticians were nice, especially the receptionist ( i really like her...i don't know why she would work in a sh*tty place like this) except there was one really bitchy lady with a horrible voice. ok let's tackle the acne extractions. THEY HURT, which should actually be normal for except for the fact that knowledgeable estheticians should know WHICH acne to extract and which not to. I had a TON of clogged pores on my nose and the sides of it, but they NEVER targeted these places...only on the sides of my cheeks where they would PRESS AND PRESS really REALLY hard so that it left red marks that eventually darken into superficial scars. The first time i went, these people actually did a mask for me afterwards (which is necessary since it soothes the skin and helps with the redness)...afterwards they stopped and they just said...Oh you're not supposed to do masks. And then they put on VERY VERY minimal sunscreen after the extractions. Speaking of which, when they wash your face before each procedure, they are VERY lackluster about it...they don't bother doing it properly. And when you sit there getting your face steamed before each extractions, sometimes the people are busy with other patients and leave you lying there for about 30 minutes. Next, the laser treatments. Oh my god...I don't even know what to say about this. First of all, please find information about different lasers before you get yourself involved in them. The laser this place uses has NO NAME. When we started arguing with them about the procedures and I asked them about what kind of lasers these were, they were NOT specific. I had NO improvements from the lasers. No reduction in acne OR scars. The skincare products. I think these harm your skin more than cheap drugstore imitations...because at least those work. If you do your research properly, there are two basic standards to acne product ingredients: benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. NONE of the acne products they sell you contain them. I doubt the cleansers have much of a cleaning power as well. And I feel really really bad for those who use the sunscreen they sell thinking that they're actually protected from the sun, because they're NOT. There are NO BASIC sunscreen ingredients in there, and in the era of stabilized sunscreens from Europe and elsewhere, even the basic standards aren't enough anymore. To wrap things up, this lady is a pharmacist who obviously doesn't know sh*t about dermatology and who probably failed in the pharmacy area and thus turned to tricking and cheating the vietnamese community (most of whom have a very high sense of solidarity). I doubt she even has an esthetician's license. The laser guy probably doesn't have a license to operate the laser either. When I asked the people in there about it, they got all angry and flustered and started snapping at me. I managed to get a very small fraction of what they made me pay back (the damn lady calls it a "courtesy refund). I wished I'd listen to my mom when she started freaking out after seeing this girl with a ton of dark marks and pockmarks on her face...this way I'd have gotten a little more money back. A year ago, right after i stopped doing my treatments, I had active cystic acne and a TON of dark marks and I'd put makeup on ALL THE TIME. After a year of learning from the internet and from forums, I managed to transform my skin to what it was before (yes with acne, but acne is incurable) without the marks...it looks SO much better. So please look up forums (makeupalley.com, acne.org), learn, and treat things yourself. Get second opinions, research!, ASK, and USE SUNSCREEN! someday i'll come back and yell the crap out of these cheaters.

My name is Valencia Walker I am 64 years old. A year ago I signed up with Kimberly Skin to try the Laser and skin treatments that they offer. This was the best I have made for my facial regimen. I am now on my 8th treatment with the laser and I could not be any happier and more satisfied with the wonders it has done to my looks. I used to look my age but now I get compliments from almost everyone that I look so much younger than my age (10 - 15 years) and are very curious on what kind of skin products have I been using to have the glow and overall beauty of the skin. My skin tone is more even, fine lines have vanished, redness and bloteting have disappeared and pores have become finer. I feel great when I look at myself now and how it has changed my outlook in life to know that I do not have to look my real age. Thanks to Kimberly Skin for the much needed transformation. I have tried products after products but none seem to have worked for me. I heard about Kimberly Skin, Inc., & Beach Dermatotherapy Inc., one day and I decided to give this clinic a try. I was still feeling skeptical up until my 3rd or 4th treatment when I really did see the reducing of my acne and oil. My husband told me that he saw improvements by my 3rd treatment; I was more than 50% towards my goal. My family and friends even noticed the difference and I am thrilled I am satisfied with the friendly and thorough care that this Clinic has provided for me and would surely recommend anyone who has struggled with acne to come here.
