Located adjacent to the Asian Garden Mall "Phuoc Loc Tho" this tiny restaurant offers a wallop of a meal at a very very very affordable price. Prices range from 5-7 dollars per plate. Filled with all the amenities: meat - shrimp - seafood.
A dimunitive restaurant and parking is very scarce.

Located on the side of Asian Garden Mall, this dimunitive restaurant has been an epicenter of the Vietnamese dinning community. Food is excellent. Try if once and you will fall in love.

This place makes the best banh cuon in Orange County and that's a big deal given that Orange County is filled with Vietnamese cuisine. The prices are very affordable. The only problem is the wait. There's always a line because the restaurant is really small. It's also not very clean. But if you don't care about that and just want some good food, go for it! I love this place.
