We booked a non-smoking room online (even had the printed receipt to prove it), but they ended up giving us a smoking room saying that there was a computer glitch that said we booked a smoking room. The smoking room they gave us was a misfit room with all sorts of problems - smelly, cigarette-stains on the bathtub, cigarette ashes.

We routinely use this company for transportation to the local airports. We have never had a problem and are very happy with the service. Unlike others we tried, they pick you up on time and meet your flight on time as well. The drivers are friendly, helpful and well groomed. The cars are new and clean. Truly great company. Highly recommend for all your transportation needs!

Last summer, I drop by here to book two tickets for Vietnam. They got all sort of deal. I got on for $700, which flew to middle Vietnam. For $700 per ticket is a great deal consider it would cost around 1k for summer time. The only draw back is, you need to travel by bus to the location you want after the airplane landed.

I was at LA Travel a few hours ago to get a visa for an Asia. The service is super fast. It only took me three minutes to get in and get out. Anh, who was the travel agent there take really good care of me. The only problem I had was looking for the place, because there was any visible sign until you arrive at the door. I already have recommend LA Travel to all my friends.
