I came in for color, hi-lites, and a cut and they missed the mark on all three. I brought along a sample of the color I wanted and did they do it right? Nope! It came out too dark. The hi-lites were uneven, large strands on one side, thin strands on the other. My bangs is uneven. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a hair salon.
