Not So Cheap Discount Store 4/16/2006

The advertisements for this store are its most appealing aspect. The apparel offered seems to attract a very narrow style set and the prices are comparable to actual department stores... maybe only slightly cheaper. They have a large shoe selection, which could be helpful if you're looking for a pair to go with a difficult to match outfit, but that's the only department of the store I would really recommend. more

Stein Mart 4/14/2006

Judging by the TV ads, I was convinced this store would be similar to another famous discount one. I was disappointed once I set foot in it. The prices were as high as other retail stores, the quality was not that great and the isles were dim and narrow, making it almost impossible to navigate through with my lightweight stroller. more
