This is a delightfull motel, not fancy, but rustic, giving you the feel of times gone by,but the best part is that it over looks the sound, all you can see is water and all its beauty. My husband and i enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back, this time with some family and friends.I would also like to mention that famous Jimmy's is right down the street. So to all enjoy. Do you need top rent a car? This may be the place for you. If you are getting a reapiar job donw on your existing car you can rent a car here for cheap. ALthough this isnt the place to go if your traveling and need to drop off a car in another state. They were friendly and quick service. Priced start at 14 per day and up. I think they may have had trucks there as well.

Metro Taxi is Greater New Haven's taxi service. They have a large fleet of taxi's and probably the most popular. Their motto "All you need is 7" is fitting as their phone number is all 7's.
Most of the taxi's are relatively new and they seem to change their fleet as needed. The reputation of the taxi driver driving recklessly is still valid. You'll often see them drive around like they were in New York.
They are easily identified by their orange and white striping on their Ford Crown Victoria cars. They take advanced reservations as well and will call to remind you of a scheduled pick up. They do not offer shuttle/van service.
