Have bought skis for years here, but never again. Owner Elizabeth will keep every dime and does not care about customers after purchase. Bought boots, didn't fit right. She wouldn't take back as they were rear model. Had coupon and tried to use while skis were getting maintained, she told me SOL and it's too late. Better off at Ski Market and Sports Authority in area. Ower will turn on you after purchase. Also, had snowboard and one staff member told me to come back when Elizabeth was not around and would fit for free while Elizabeth demanded $15. Even her staff seems frustrated by her policies. Stay away.

Great place to go for used sporting goods, whether its hockey golf or baseball, they have it all. Can smell sometimes since they tend to not wash the sweaty equipment. It's under new management so it's been cleaner as of late. Good selection of roller blades and used golf wedges. Have weights and baseball bats along with tennis rackets and balls. If you're cheap like me then you can get good expensive stuff for cheap. You can also sell stuff to them too.

Play it again is located in west hartford center. They have a wide selection of new and used sporting equpiment. Everything from golf to home fitness. They also accept trade ins so you can upgrade your equipment for a low price. They have good service and knowledgable staff. Good place for golf balls
