Many times, we would not even be able to find a parking spot, because that many people were always in & out enjoying the pizza!
The slices are big - and the prices are good.
The specialty pizzas are a little pricey, but worth it! They have so many varieties of pizzas - some that you might have heard of....and some that you might not have!
The onion one is fantastic - and the BBQ is wonderful too.
A great place for something a little different!

I hope that they can keep growing because the competition does not compare in the area. Try the buffalo chicken you wont be let down trust me.

We recently were driving along Park Road and stopped for a pair of pizzas by the slice. All the pies looked appetizing, but we chose slices of cheese pizza. The pizza was reheated and on the table in only a few minutes. The pizza is thin crust, but lacks the chewieness associated with better pizzas. I would not go out of my way, but if in the area it is one of two places I would consider for a quick lunch.
Pros: fresh ingredients, pizza offered by slice, quick

This is the best pizza I've found in the Hartford area -- and they sell it by the slice, which is always a good sign. Two cheese slices and a large coke for under five bucks is not bad either. I live in Avon, and I make the trip to Barb's regularly just for the pizza. Closest thing to genuine NY style pizza in the area -- !
