Located in West Hartford Center, I'd definitely recommend this jewelry store. Prices are reasonable, merchandise is very nice, and the sales staff is friendly, lower key than normal for their profession and very knowledgeable.

Great jeweler in town. Always have what you're looking for at the right price too. Great selection and if they don't have what you want they'll order it for you. Would highly recommend to stop in and visit this place. Have unique things that you can't find at most jewelers. Many up and coming designers, catch them while they're cheap.

Park Road Jewelers is one of those that you will likely drive by on your way to one of those stores in the mall. Big mistake! The mall stores really don't care about you or your business. They see dozens of people every day, and only care about making the sale. Park Road Jewelers is a wonderful owner-run store that caters to your needs in a way that only a small shop can. If you need custom work, he can do it. If you are looking for something that he doesn't have on hand, he will find it for you. You can't get that at a chain store. Stop in and see for yourself.

I bought a diamond engagement ring at this store this winter and was pleased with the experience. The saleperson was knowledgable, but pushy in a typical saleperson-like way. I got a good deal (well, at least based on the inflated sticker prces) because it was in the slow period after the holiday rush.
